Hello Everyone!

Well it is that time of the year again, where we start to clean up our yards and put them to bed for winter.  One thing that 2024 proved is that gardeners are a resilient bunch!  From the cool, wet spring to summer and fall water restrictions and hail storms in between it was a challenging year.  We have been blessed with some beautiful fall weather, which looks like it will continue for the next couple of weeks.

Some things to remember to do before winter sets in.

  • Fall is a great time to plant trees, shrubs, perennials.
  • add mulch to existing beds
  • add compost and peat moss to vegetable beds
  • deep water your existing trees and shrubs before freeze up, especially important for newly planted ones.
  • Place tree wraps around trees to protect from rodents, rabbits, and deer damage through winter.
  • Apply a fall fertilizer to your lawn and Potash to your new trees and shrubs or winter hardiness
  • Spray evergreens with Wilt Pruf to help keep moisture in and prevent browning from winter wind

We will be closing for the season on Saturday October 12th.  We would like to find homes for our remaining plants so we are having an END OF THE SEASON SALE starting Friday October 4th.

NO WARRANTY or RETURNS on SALE items.  Sale is on in stock items only.

Thank you for your continued support this season!
