Clematis alpina ‘Ruby’

Ruby is a richly-coloured cultivar with deep purple-pink outer sepals and the staminodes within the flower cream flushed with pink. Silky seedheads extend interest after flowering. Requires well-drained soil, shaded roots and a support structure.
